I curse thee with a lifetime of fiery STD's, slow and painful organ failure, and eternal diarrhea. Not death, but to suffer forever!
I promise you OPPO, there wasn't a single scratch on my car, maybe 1 or 2 rock chips up front but the body is 100% perfect. Even when you park far from everyone, some soulless shit of a person can still damage your pride and joy.
I don't have many nice things and every fucking half of a penny is well appreciated.
No security cameras at this local hardware store.
OPPO, you know me. EL_ULY is one calm and peaceful person. But for the first time in sevral years, I am beyond fucking furious! Too fast too furious, Tokyo drift mother fucker!

Time for some PDR, or paintless dent removal, and buff that stupid little impression out.

Ah shit dude, that sucks. I can't understand these people who think it's somehow o.k. to damage someone else's property and just leave.

for my limited time and money, I fell this "stupid little impression" might as well be a total loss. But that is true and actually come to think of it, we have a guy at work that can perform this. I'll have him look at it on Monday.

I guess in my rage I forgot my hookup in PDR at work. I texted him the pictures and he said he can probably take care of it. Thanks Zippy! *fist bump*
Lol and that's why I try not to get mad, because when someone is mad, they stop thinking.

Have you tried working it out with a hammer? Also, until you fix it you could put a Band-Aid over it.

Zippy reminded me of PDR. At my job, we have a guy that does it. I texted him the pictures and said the he can probably fix it and that he'll take a look at it Monday. I an not good with body and paint work. I will get a band-Aid on it lol good idea :]

oh nooo! In the weedeater world, I stick to electeic. I'm actually in the market for a mower, just not sure if $180 for a brand new little lightweight one at Home Depot or $180 for an awesome high HP and much larger used mower (better brand and more balls) on Craigslist. Yards are medium sized but thick.

That totally, totally sucks. You take such good care of your ride, and some Jackwagon comes along and carelessly damages it. Makes you want to go back in time and somehow...make sure it doesn't happen.
I don't know if this helps, but when something like this happens to mine, I remember I promised I would take the car out and enjoy it, rather than having a garage queen. So in a way, these battle scars mean that we're actually using and enjoying our cars, not just collecting them.
Still, really sorry that happened El_Uly!

Ouch! That's bad looking dent. Having a clean car makes this kind of things quite awful. And metallic paints are really annoying to patch up smoothly.
In Finland people usually are very careful in parking lots and try to open doors really carefully. And our driver's exam so enough demanding to keep totally useless drivers off the road. But people have children here too. And that is probably the main reason for the dents.
I have my reserved parking spot in front my apartment. My last car was white and I noticed that my neighbors Hyundai was constantly giving ma row of really small dents and some blue paint marks. I didn't complain about it as mine wasn't totally beater but not really pretty either (my current one has some protection as it has plastic trim to keep the Hyundai's doors from touching mine).
Once my brother was using my car and he managed to to hit the other neighbor's Toyota with my car's door. The mark was worse than the marks in my cars' other side. We left a note about the accident and when I saw the neighbor she told me that she wasn't even able to find the mark and I shouldn't worry about it. I could still see it but I guess her standards for a mark were a bit different.
But I don't want to worry about new dents. I want my next daily driver to look so bad that I cannot even find new dents. Lately I have searching for a crappy-as-possible-but-not-rusty '69 Charger. This would be ideal car to find.

That is true, some people pay more attention and some just write it off. I'm glad somewhere in the world there is courtisy towards cars. As for the daily driver idea, it is not short of genius and 1,000,000,000% jalop :]

Damn. That's a bummer. I hope you find him/her somehow... Do some detective work: Save a sample of the paint and search the lot for a car with a dent! I've been hit 3 times while parked, it stinks.

Damn. Someone needs pain , in the Princess Bride fashion:
"'To the pain means that the first thing you lose will be your feet below the ankles. Then your hands at the wrists, next your nose... The next thing you lose will be your left eye, followed by your right. [...] Your ears you keep, and I'll tell you why: so that every shriek of every child at seeing your hideousness will be yours to cherish; every babe that weeps at your approach; every woman who cries out, 'Dear God! What is that thing?' will echo in your perfect ears. That is what 'to the pain' means; it means I leave you in anguish, wallowing in freakish misery, forever."

I am sorry. I've been there. In my case I was on a date, walked around to the passenger side door to open it for her only to see there was a enormous crease with exposed steel from under the mirror to the door handle like some bro truck dug in with its bumper. That happened back in '98 and I still wince when I think of it.
